The Gathering.....

2 weeks ago, my friend Sherry and I went to our favorite antique show at the fairgrounds called the Gathering.  It's held twice a year, once in the fall and once in the spring and never disappoints, and we never come home empty handed!

In The Book.....

I'm pretty excited, I just signed up to be in the blog guide book! I've thought about it for a while but am finally doing it!  Deciding what category to be under was the tough part but am going in under Home and decor.  I think they have come up with a great concept to help people find blogs that appeal to their interests along with a lot of other useful information  and,  the best part is that you get one listing for free!  For $5.00 you can have more under different categories.  Pretty cool!   Hurry and sign in because as of June it will cost $5.00 to sign in!

Another great idea is Location Central.  It is free also and a very cool thing.  It is broken down by states and countries.  It lets you find other bloggers in your area.  Just go in and find your state or country and put your blog address and a little bit about your blog.  It's a lot of fun to see who is blogging in your area!  It is under my favorite blogs or the address is http://www.locationcentral.blogspot.com/

Through The......Garden Gate

The sun has been shinning for the last few days and the temperatures have been in the mid 70's!  I hope this means spring has finally sprung!  When it's like this, it makes me want to get outside and actually do something!  If I had a garden (wish, wish), wouldn't it be fun to get there through one of these wonderful garden gates?

Shop Talk........

This past weekend, I got to go to a new  shop here in town.  It's called Harmony Home.  They  have a little bit of everything and it is all displayed wonderfully!  I saw a lot of things that could have come home with me and a couple of things that did! I will be going back often and since I so enjoyed browsing around, I thought you might also!

As you can see, they have everything you could possibly need, garden, seasonal, accessories, a pet area,  furniture, even a section for babies and weddings! There is something for every occasion!  If for some reason you can't find what you are looking for, the wonderful sales staff  are more then happy to help!  It's a must go!

They also have something no one else has, their own kitty adoption center!
As you can see, it's nap time!

They really do have something for everyone!
