Puppy Love.....

One of my favorite things to collect is dog figurines.  I'm really trying to be particular when adding to my collection cuz I'm so running out of room!  (I'm sure you all know how that is)!  These 3 are my favorites, they sit on top of my chippy green armoire in the family room.

They are all thrifty finds that I was lucky enough to come across.
The small one was $5.00, the one on top of the box was $7. 00 and the large one was marked down from $35.00 to $20.00.

Till next time......
Rebecca

I'm in love with that Beagle pic in the background... Beagle-holic here. Admitting you have a problem is the first step, right?

They sure do have a lot of personality! My daughter collects dog figurines, too,( mostly Scottie dogs) and I try to use self-control and not buy her every cute Scottie I see!

Cute little vignette you have there. I like dog figurines.

I love your doggy figurines! I have a few other types of figurines that I show off inside glass cabinets. I'm almost paranoid about them falling and breaking. (Probably has to do with living in an earthquake prone area in Mexico). My mother got me started using museaum clay. It's a removable (can be messy) clay that you place a small amount on the bottom of the figurie or vase.. whatever and it makes it less-likely to fall and break.
Do you ride dressage? My daughter-in-law does and we love watching her ride. What a beautiful sport!
Enjoyed your blog this morning.
Have a great day.

I love the chipped paint look on your armoir!! Gorgeous!

I collect things, too! But only of the storable nature, like old postcards and vinyl records from the 50's to 70's. I love my collections, but they definitely don't look as cute in pictures as your puppies do! :o)

How cute! I love the little dog sitting down, but your whole collection (or at least what you shared) is adorable. Dogs bring so much happiness to so many people, so it's easy to see why you want to honor them in your collection.

In fact, your entire vignette is wonderful. My favorite part is actually the beage print. Makes me think of my brother who works too much to have a dog of his own, but keeps begging me to get a beagle beause he wants one. They are adorable, but I've reached my pet limit for now. Maybe someday he can get one.

Thanks for sharing your great collection at my Your Cozy Home Party. I hope you'll be back next week!

I love your dog collection. I have one to and have one of the same ones in my collection. Don't you just love them?!? I am always looking for more. A few of mine have had some big time surgeries due to little nephews playing too rough with them!

Thanks for sharing your lovely vignette!

I love your dog collection. I am so partial to Springer Spaniels. We have had three of them and the porcelain figurines of them capture their true spirit.

I always try to find dogs to sell, now I know why I can't seem to find any in middle TN. Nice dogs and love the cabinet, or least what I saw of it.
