S Stands for....

Scales and stools, can one person ever have enough?  I've pretty much decided I've got an addictive personality disorder!  Once I "fall" for something, I can't seem to stop!   Luckily for me, I have good friends who every once in while will put their heads together and pull and "intervention".   As far as kitchen stools go, I was able to stop at 2.  Every once in a while, I do go thru intense cravings, but, so far have managed to resist temptation even though I know it will be a lifelong battle!  A while back, I showed you my green
one, now, here is my paint spattered red one, along with one of my favorite red and white scales.    (Unfortunately, where scales are concerned, I was not able to stop at 2)!!

I confess, I am a rust lover!
This scale was only $5.00 at a yard sale

This stool was left over at an auction. I was driving by and
saw it sitting in the yard as they were cleaning up, stopped and asked
if it was for sale and price,  $1.00, yeah, that's right, only $1.00!
They didn't want to haul it off!  My lucky day!

You can barely see them, but there are blotches
of my favorite green color paint
splattered  on the back.

P.S. couldn't resist adding this pic of Kailyn,
1 week old, and, yes, I am obsessed!

Till next time......
Rebecca

Oh girl am I jealous or what? Red and white is my all time favorite color combo. Love, love the scale. I too have a bit of a fetish. I have three old ones. One being a baby scale. I do have a red and white one but it's a new one from Hobby Lobby. Cute, but doesn't compare to yours. Love the stool also. What a bargain! Keep showing pictures of little Kailyn. She's a doll!

Hi, first time to your site. Love the red stool. I have one similar that came with our 1939 cape cod style home. I use her for everything. Inside and out! The scale is great, too. The little one is precious! Stop by if you have a chance :) I am your newest follower!

The stool and scale together just POP! Wonderful vignette. I'm a rust-lover, too. I even started a "Rusty, Crusty, Divine" board on Pinterest. I'm your newest follower.

Kailyn is so adorable.

Your stool and scale are rusted and tattered to perfection. I'll buy a rusty old scale every time I see one and they never last long in my booth. What a deal on both of them.
Kailyn is adorable!!
