Snow.... Almost......

Our good "old" weatherman called for about a half inch of snow yesterday, but did it happen, NOOO!  What we got was a very light dusting which lasted all of about 2 minutes!  Now, I know that made some people VERY happy, NOT ME!  I lived in Green Bay  Wisconsin  for 3 years and I loved the snow!  Well, I admit, when it got to be April or May, not so much!  By then I was ready for some good old sunshine!

Yesterday, I wish it would have looked like this!

But for that to have happened, it would have had to have done this!

Then it might have looked like these!

And, then I could have done this!

And this!

Snow, maybe next time......

I also wish we would get some snow. I live in the mountains of California. We usually have snow and some rain by now. And it's in the 30's in the day and 20's at night. But not this year, it's in the 60's and very dry. Not good.

Beautiful images! We are actually getting a little more snow in MN, but now the temp is hovering around 0. We've turned into sissies with all the warm weather we've been having!

What's even crazier is that county schools were closed today for this!! Insane! Lexie was happy though - she got a four day weekend! :o)

I saw your post about Kate's riding in my reader, but when I went to comment on it, it showed it wasn't there anymore. I just wanted to tell you what a BEAUTIFUL girl she is! And that is an amazing accomplishment to already be as good as she is at riding!!!

I loved in Maryland for 25 years. I can't say I miss the snow or ice. This morning it hit 40 degrees in Orlando and we are enjoying wearing our sweatshirts and socks. lol We've had two hard freezes here already that have killed many of our plants this year. Despite this, I love the cold spells but just don't miss the snow!

Hi Rebecca,

Oh you are so lucky that you live in a place where it snows! It doesn't snow here, unfortunately. :( Love those inspiring images - hopefully you will get your wish and get more than a light dusting! :) Have a wonderful weekend!

XOXO's,
Jessie

While each and everyone of these pics are beautiful, and would make a perfect postcard, ya'll can keep the snow! I want no part of it here. Now a dusting would be fine, but nothing that is going to snow us in.
