Pumpkin Head

Halloween is not just for kids.....and my love for the perfect pumpkins
goes back umpteen years to childhood.  I'm enrolling in the higher
education of pumpkins...researching where they came from,
how they are grown and harvested the  rare heirloom pumpkins
in blushed browns, ghostly whites, deeply ridged and warted.

I say step back all you ghosts, witches and black cats.....

Pumpkins are the icon for Halloween!!!

I am  a groupie of PUMPKINS!
Like the loyal followers of the Grateful Dead,
who earned the name Dead Heads....
I am officially a PUMPKIN HEAD!!
Till next time.....

Like mother like daughter, I too am "pumpkin head"! Their rich hues remind me of my favorite sweater weather. They bring to mind, yummy pies with buttery crust and fresh whipped cream.I am so ready for my "pumpkin head " fall season to begin!
